Terms of Service

1. ZUPII's role

Aia Media Oy operates ZUPII as a marketplace discovery service. Published store and product pages are informational. A published store remains an independent business and publication does not mean that ordering is active or that ZUPII endorses every product.

2. Accounts and access

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• Google sign-in is optional; email and password sign-in is also available.
• Merchant, rider and administrator access is approved by ZUPII and cannot be self-assigned.
• You can request account deletion from Account or follow the public deletion instructions.

3. Store and product information

Stores supply their business, catalogue, food and availability information. We take reasonable steps to present stored data accurately but do not invent missing details. Always check package labels and allergen information before use; contact the store or ZUPII support if information appears wrong.

4. Saved items, location and launch notices

Saved items, recent views, searches and location choices may be kept on your device. A launch request is used only for the one notice you request. Location access is optional and can be withdrawn in browser or device settings.

5. Ordering and historical records

Delivery fees are set per store and shown at checkout before you pay. Some stores offer free delivery; others charge a fee based on estimated distance. Delivery is not always free.

ZUPII is not accepting new customer orders or payments. Product prices and historical order tools may remain visible where needed for catalogue information, customer records or support, but they do not create an offer, basket, checkout or current delivery promise.

Historical orders remain governed by the terms and mandatory consumer rights that applied when they were placed. Support and the Refunds & Complaints Policy remain available for those records.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use ZUPII unlawfully, fraudulently or abusively.
• Do not access accounts, stores or data without permission.
• Do not disrupt the service or scrape it at scale.
• Do not submit unlawful, discriminatory, threatening or knowingly false content.

We may restrict access where these rules are seriously or repeatedly broken.

7. Merchant and rider applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, publication, work, orders or income. Separate agreements govern approved merchants and riders. A store is responsible for the legality, safety and accuracy of its products and business information.

8. Service availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Finnish or EU law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date shown above identifies the current version. If ordering is enabled later, the terms will be updated before new purchases are accepted.

10. Law and disputes

Finnish law applies. Consumers retain mandatory protection under the law of their country of residence and may use their local courts. Consumer advice and dispute channels remain available where applicable.
