Deleting your ZUPII account

How to delete your account

• Sign in at zupii.shop and open Account.
• Find Delete my account, type DELETE and select the delete button.
• After a successful request, you are signed out and the account data is processed immediately.

If you cannot sign in, or the account belongs to a partner or rider, contact zupiilogistics@gmail.com from the account email address. We may verify your identity before acting.

What is removed or anonymised

• Profile name, phone, address, postal code and delivery instructions.
• Launch-notice records connected to the account email.
• Personal text in support and store messages, and private feedback comments.
• Saved account data that is not required for a legal record.
• The login where no retained record depends on it; otherwise the login is disabled and stripped of identifying details.

Saved stores, products, recent views, searches, story state, location and support-panel state may also exist only in each browser. Clear browser or app data on every device to remove those local copies.

What may be kept

Historical order, payment, refund, delivery and related records may be retained and anonymised where possible for accounting, tax, consumer-protection, fraud-prevention or legal-claim requirements. They are kept only for the applicable purpose and legal period.
