ZUPII Asian Online Marketplace

Accessibility Statement

Effective date to be confirmed before launch.

ZUPII Asian Online Marketplace should be usable by everyone, including people using a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings. This statement describes what we have done and what we have not yet verified.

Operator details

Operator details must be completed before launch

The following legally required details have not been supplied. We do not display guessed or example values.

  • Registered company name
  • Finnish Business ID (Y-tunnus)
  • Geographical address
  • Customer support email
  • Privacy request email
  • Data Protection Officer contact (if appointed)
  • Policy effective date

1. What we have built in

  • Semantic page structure with one main heading per page, landmark regions and labelled navigation.
  • Keyboard operability for interactive controls, including menus, dialogs and the basket.
  • Visible focus styling, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Colour tokens designed for WCAG AA text contrast on our brand palette.
  • Motion that respects the operating-system reduced-motion preference.
  • Explicit loading, empty, error and validation states rather than silent failure.
  • Data tables that scroll safely or become cards on small screens.
  • A full Finnish and English interface, with the page language set correctly.

2. Conformance status

We have not yet completed a formal WCAG 2.1 AA audit of the whole service, so we do not claim a conformance level. This statement will be updated with a verified status, an assessment date and the assessment method once that audit has been carried out.

Known areas that still need review include complex operational screens in the partner and admin portals, the map view used for delivery locations, and file upload and image cropping in the partner catalogue tools.

3. Feedback

If you meet an accessibility barrier on ZUPII, tell us and we will look into it and try to give you the information or service in another way. Use the support contact shown in the operator details above; where that contact is still marked pending, it must be published before launch.

4. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Finnish supervisory authority for accessibility requirements.
