ZUPII is designed for use with screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification and reduced-motion settings. This statement describes the measures in place and known review areas without claiming complete conformance.

- Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels for icon controls.
- Colours designed for readable contrast and motion that respects reduced-motion preferences.
- Explicit loading, empty, validation and error states.
- Layouts, tables and controls designed to remain usable on small screens.
- English, Finnish and Swedish legal information with the page language set from the selected language.
2. Assessment status
ZUPII does not claim full WCAG conformance because no complete formal audit of the entire service has been completed.
Areas requiring continuing review include complex partner tools, maps, file uploads, image editing and third-party content.
