Cookies & browser storage
Effective 4 September 2026
ZUPII does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics or cross-site profiling. Essential storage is always on because the features you request need it. Measurement and personalisation are optional, off by default, and used only after you choose “Accept all” or switch them on in Cookie settings. You can change or withdraw your choice anytime from “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawing deletes the optional data stored on this device.

Measurement (optional)
With consent, ZUPII records limited feature-use events in its own database, such as a store view, with a timestamp and limited store or city context. These records contain no user ID, email, address, session ID or device fingerprint. Story views are counted once per viewer: signed-in viewers are counted by account, and other viewers by a random identifier stored on the device (“zupii.story.anon”). Without consent, no events are sent, no story view is counted and no identifier is created.
Personalisation (optional)
| Data | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|
| Recently viewed products | Shows products you looked at on the Saved page | Until withdrawn or cleared; at most 12 |
| Recent searches | Makes previous searches easier to repeat | Until withdrawn or cleared; limited number |
| Seen stories | Marks store stories you have already seen | Until withdrawn or cleared; limited number |
| Help chat on this device | Keeps your recent help conversation after reloading | Until withdrawn or cleared; limited number |
Without consent these features still work during your visit but are not remembered after reloading.
Third-party content
Google serves the Geist web font. OpenStreetMap serves map tiles, and Nominatim receives an address or coordinates when location search is used. These providers may receive ordinary technical request data such as an IP address and browser information. Store and product media is served through ZUPII's storage and hosting provider. No advertising, social-media or third-party analytics tracker is used.
